4. Pricing and Payments

The Service is offered under two pricing plans:

  • Monthly: $9 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • Lifetime: $199 one-time payment for permanent access.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect existing subscriptions or lifetime purchases.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or provide access to unauthorized users
  • Redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content or community materials
  • Engage in harassment, spam, or abusive behavior within the community
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Choose Rich Academy, including courses, videos, text, and graphics, is owned by Choose Rich Academy and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Choose Rich Academy provides educational content and community access. We do not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
